What you will bring Registration as a Building Surveyor. Proven experience in plan checking and mandatory inspections for residential and commercial buildings. Strong knowledge of the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018, and associated legislation. Leadership and mentoring capabilities in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer interactions. Ability to work independently and make sound, informed decisions.
