About the Opportunity
Join our dedicated team and play a crucial role in supporting the Buildings and Facilities Business Unit. You'll provide essential administrative and contractor management support, ensuring the smooth operation of our diverse deliverables.
You will make an impact by
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of meetings, including booking rooms, organising catering, and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Maintaining and updating information databases and web pages.
- Regularly reviewing, monitoring, and implementing administrative business improvements for the Business Unit.
- Providing support with invoicing, raising purchase orders, budget reconciliation, and other financial processes.
- Supporting and assisting staff to achieve individual, departmental, and organisational objectives.
What you will bring
- Experience in providing administrative support to teams, including efficiently raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present information
- Experience with MS Office and CRM packages
- Ability to adapt and attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in documentation and data management
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team dynamics
