In this position, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of engaging programs, projects and events designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of young people. Working collaboratively with the team, you will help create inclusive, safe, and supportive environments where young people can connect, learn, and grow. What you will bring Tertiary qualification in youth work, community services, social work, psychology, or relevant discipline.  Proven experience in working with young people.  Knowledge of local youth issues and referral pathways.  Effective communication, behaviour management and networking skills.  Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.  Commitment to child safety, continuous improvement and quality service delivery.  Some weekend and after-hours work may be required. Join our Youth Services team as a Casual Youth Services Officer and play a meaningful role in shaping positive experiences for young people in our community. What you will bring
