Pitching in with manual tasks like digging, lifting, and raking. Looking after the tools and machinery, you use every day. Helping make sure worksites are safe for everyone. What you will bring A current minimum license required is a Heavy Rigid Victorian Driver Licence (or willingness to upgrade—we’ll support you with paid time). Construction Induction Card (White Card). A solid work ethic and interest in civil maintenance or machinery. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Basic tech skills—comfortable using a tablet to check schedules or messages. Experience and qualifications in plant and equipment operation (excavator, skid steer, etc.). A strong focus on safety and doing the job right.
