As our Early Years Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of kindergarten registrations, facility operations and business support activities that directly contribute to positive outcomes for the community.

You will make an impact by
- Prepare and process invoices for kindergarten service providers and facility hirers of child and family centres.
- Coordinate maintenance requests for Early Years facilities and ensure matters are appropriately followed up and escalated.
- Support operational projects, reporting requirements and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
- Process kindergarten registrations and associated administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide responsive and professional support to families and stakeholders through the central kindergarten registration system.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and customer service support in a busy and agile environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, service providers and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record management, invoicing and business systems administration.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, including the ability to triage enquiries, coordinate follow-up actions and escalate issues when required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, industry qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence and a current Working with Children Check or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
