You will make an impact by Conducting proactive and reactive parking patrols across the municipality. Educating residents, businesses, and builders on Council’s Local Laws and relevant legislation. Investigating and enforcing breaches under various Acts and regulations. Responding to community concerns with professionalism and empathy. Supporting public safety through visible and consistent enforcement. What you will bring Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including the Road Safety Road Rules 2017 and Domestic Animals Act 1994. Experience in issuing infringements and preparing evidence for court proceedings. Excellent communication and customer service skills across field, counter, and phone interactions. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. High attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Willingness to participate in after-hours rosters and events.
