About the opportunity

You will make an impact by
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate, customer centric support.
- Coordinating interviews, assisting on panels, and initiating pre-employment checks.
- Managing HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance requirements with precision.
- Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and cyclical people activities across the organisation.
- Contributing to projects that improve employee experience and enhance HR service delivery.
- Creating purchase orders and processing receipting to support the People Operations and wider People and Culture business unit.
What you will bring
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, operational environment. Exceptional capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.
- High level of initiative and autonomy, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working in a shared inbox environment and managing competing demands.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands-on HR administration experience.
