What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent). Proven experience in civil project management, ideally within local government or similar environments. Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations, and contract administration. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and the community. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision. A current Victorian driver’s licence. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality public infrastructure.
