About the opportunity
As a Rates Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely rating services to the community. Working within established processes, you’ll assist with maintaining property records, preparing documentation, responding to customer enquiries, and supporting a range of revenue functions. This role is well suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
You will make an impact by
Contributing to the accurate management of Council’s property and rating information, including maintaining ownership records, preparing Land Information Certificates, and administering Municipal Rates Concession applications, while delivering responsive customer service and supporting key rating functions such as property updates, payment plans, and general revenue administration.
