We’re looking for a capable leader to guide our civil maintenance team through change, growth, and excellence. This is more than a technical role, it’s about inspiring and empowering a dedicated field crew to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in our community.
As Team Leader Civil Maintenance, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining our roadsides, drainage systems, and bridges, but your greatest impact will be on the people you lead.
