Coordinating the plan reviews for functional layout plans, detailed designs, stormwater management strategies and more. Collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges. Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the Development team. What you will bringA tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Registration as a Professional Engineer under the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019. Proven experience in assessing development proposals and engineering design solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, particularly in development and capital works contexts. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and supervising staff. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, planning legislation, and regulatory frameworks. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
