What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of early childhood education regulations, frameworks, and policy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, negotiate, and problem-solve. Experience managing change and engaging with diverse communities. Proven ability to recommend and implement business process improvements. Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in growth municipalities. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
