• Leading and developing the Social and Economic Development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to support local businesses, attract investment, and stimulate sustainable economic growth. 
• Promoting business and workforce development across key industries. 
• Designing and executing strategies and initiatives that address social challenges and enhance community well-being. 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community groups.

• Proven leadership experience in social and economic development. 
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills. 
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders. 
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions. 
• Ability to manage budgets and external funding efficiently.
