Reporting directly to the Senior Venue Operations and Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing support to theatre users and ensuring smooth operations during events.   You will make an impact by Advising on technical services  Supervising technical operations  Operating lighting and audio controls  Maintaining equipment  Acting as a Warden during emergencies  This role offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our cultural centre. What you will bring We are looking for a candidate who possesses an appropriate tertiary qualification in technical theatre and has demonstrated experience in technical operations. It's important that you have a solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety practices specific to theatre environments and can effectively communicate with both colleagues and clients.    Flexibility is key, as this role requires working a range of hours, including evenings and weekends. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively. While prior experience in similar roles is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who showcase a strong passion for the arts and a knack for technical excellence.
