As an Analyst, you will be supporting the management of, and improvement of, the way the organisation conducts business planning, performance monitoring, and reporting.Importantly, this role is within a supportive and collaborative team environment where your passion for achieving business improvements and personal development is encouraged.Reporting to the Manager Customer and Service Improvement, key responsibilities of the role will include:Assist in the development of the C&SI business unit business planSupport reviews of, and improvements to, the business and service planning processLead or support analyses being conducted by the C&SI team, for business improvement activities across CouncilSupport business improvement and reporting/performance measurement workshops facilitated by other C&SI team membersSupport the development of approaches to performance measurement and reporting across CouncilAssist in the implementation of performance measurement across CouncilAssist in the coordination of regular reporting processes against the Council PlanAbout you:The successful candidate will have a strong interest and capacity in improving processes and operations.
