The purpose of the role is to facilitate "Baby Makes 3" groups for parents of young children, and to support with capacity building of MCH and Early years staff as appropriate. Facilitator training is provided via Healthability, funded by Cardinia Shire council.Supported and led by our experienced leadership team, our MCH team is passionate, driven and motivated, providing innovative, family centred, services to our diverse community. As a Baby Makes 3 Group Facilitator, you will apply your facilitation skills and experience to our valued community, with many modern facilities to work in, and generous opportunities for professional development and further training.Supported by a strong admin team, our MCH team is supervised by highly supportive leadership team of 4 Team Leaders and a Coordinator, guiding 3 teams in the Universal Service and a diverse Enhanced Service incorporating MCH nurses, Family Support Parenting Practitioners and a Social Worker. A well regarded and established Smalltalk Supported Playgroups program sits within our team, as does a recently implemented Sleep & Settling Program.About YouYou will be a flexible and dynamic individual who enjoys the challenge and variety of working within a rapidly growing community.
