Full time hoursContract up to 12 months$40-45 per hour + super depending on experienceHybrid work model/Officer locationProgressive council, strong well-being focusAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services and Systems Officer –  Capital Works Program to join the busy and supportive Building and Facilities team.This position provides support in the delivery of Council’s building capital works program. The role supports Project Mangement functions primarily in the financial and contractual obligations of the projects delivery, whilst providing general administration support to the Project Development team.Reporting to the Team Leader Client Services and Systems,  some of your duties will include.Management and reporting on the Project Development mailboxPrepare and facilitate the Capital Works program reportsKeep current and maintain data, and relevant information for Capital Works program including Council’s Conquest Asset Management system, CRMs and various other information systemsKeep current and maintain Project Management Framework (PMF) documentationAbout youYou will be an agile team player, who is accustomed to dealing with competing priorities. As the Client Services and Systems Officer, you will have high attention to detail, be systems savvy with a drive to succeed.
