The role supports Project Mangement functions primarily in the financial and contractual obligations of the projects delivery, whilst providing general administration support to the Project Development team.Reporting to the Team Leader Client Services and Systems,  some of your duties will include.Management and reporting on the Project Development mailboxPrepare and facilitate the Capital Works program reportsKeep current and maintain data, and relevant information for Capital Works program including Council’s Conquest Asset Management system, CRMs and various other information systemsKeep current and maintain Project Management Framework (PMF) documentationAbout youYou will be an agile team player, who is accustomed to dealing with competing priorities.
