As the driving force behind the development and implementation of our Arts and Culture Policy and Strategy, you will lead initiatives at the Cardinia Cultural and Hills Hub. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, budget management, event coordination, and fostering collaboration with local arts groups and stakeholders.  This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting arts advocacy, cultural development, and community engagement. About you You are a visionary leader with a passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression within the community. Your expertise in developing and implementing business plans, marketing strategies, and cultural programming sets you apart. You have a track record of successfully managing cultural venues or projects, along with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and inspire your team.
