Reporting to the Manager, Buildings and Facilities, you will lead a team responsible for applying key project management principles to govern, plan, and deliver Council's building capital works and associated infrastructure services program. Your responsibilities will include managing projects to meet quality standards, financial reporting to Council, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously improving our project management framework. About You We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in project management, preferably within a local government setting or a similar complex organisational structure. You should have strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration across different departments and external stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess excellent financial acumen, risk management expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects within budget and on time.
