About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner will be a key conduit between the finance unit and the wider organisation, delivering financial analysis and advice to support decision making. The role adds value through partnering with business units to promote long term financial sustainability, developing robust financial forecasts and budgets, and ensuring financial reporting obligations are met. This role is instrumental in developing financial literacy, capability, and accountability within the business unit’s it supports. About you The ideal candidate will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to provide professional financial advice to business partners with varied financial capability. With strong business and financial analysis skills, you will have the ability to balance competing priorities with the provision of a high-quality service. Contemporary knowledge and experience in business planning, performance measurement and process improvement are essential. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of relevant legislation, accounting standards, principles, and practices. The successful candidate will also require: CPA / CA ANZ qualification and membership.
