We are proud to say you will be working with our Information Management team, who are an award-winning team, they are well known industry leaders for their successes, achievements, and innovation within the Information Management space.As an Information Management Data Officer, you will play an integral role in contributing  to the effective and efficient management of the daily processes associated within the Information Management team for records and information management services, whilst providing a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.About youThis role would suit someone who is looking to looking to expand and diversify their skills within the local government sector. You will have strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology with experience with the Microsoft suite of products including M365. You will have a hands-on approach, strong stakeholder skills and an ability to work in a fast-evolving environment.You will also requireDemonstrated knowledge of and experience with the use and application of information management systems, principles and procedures, including development of eforms, and system enhancements (Omail and SharePoint experience an advantage)Ability to accurately apply metadata to information setsAwareness of the legislative framework applicable to Council in information managementAbout usCardinia Shire Council is a dynamic and progressive organisation.
