Band 6 - $86,865 - $102,922 + super, full-time (0.8 considered)About the roleThis role operates within the small, fast paced and adaptive Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team, and reports into the Team Leader L&OD. The incumbent will require experience within organisational development in order to deliver People & Culture projects relating to cultural and skills enhancement, employee engagement and change initiatives. Some of these projects may include: Employee engagementPlaying a key role in the project planning, delivery and monitoring of our 2023 employee engagement survey program within our new online platform. Traineeship, placement and work experience programEstablishing an organisation-wide process for work placement and work experience. Sourcing a traineeship provider and planning and delivering annual programs. Employee value propositionSupporting our internal and external branding work and strategies to attract and retain great people. Leader inductionDesign an operational training program for new leaders, and support our ‘train the trainer’ cohort to deliver on this program.This position is critical in not only the delivery of key projects, but also ensuring existing and new programs and initiatives are successfully imbedded into the organisation to enhance organisational culture, employee engagement and workforce productivity.Further, the incumbent of this role will support the organisation as a trusted L&OD business partner, providing timely and professional support and coaching, offering appropriate L&D solutions or advice as required.  Please note this role is full-time, however 0.8 FTE will be considered for the right candidate.  About you The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in OD, L&D and/or HR in line with the position description and above role requirements.
