You will build relationships with key stakeholders to provide support and expertise on L&OD activities, enabling successful delivery of organisational objectives. This position is critical in supporting a range of L&OD initiatives including maintaining the ELMO e-learning platform and the delivery of the corporate learning calendar. The incumbent will also ensure a positive employee experience through a thoughtful and well-planned new starter induction program. Reporting to the Team Leader, Learning & Organisational Development, some of the key responsibilities will include:  Being the system champion of our learning management system including online learning modules and course builder, performance development reviews, reward and recognition and reporting End-to-end coordination of internal and external training Coordination and delivery of all induction and onboarding activities, including running fortnightly new starter induction sessions Coordination of regular and ad-hoc internal employee events and programs Day-to-day management of L&OD inbox including responding to queries in a timely manner in line with service level agreement Supporting and assisting the delivery of a range of learning and organisational development initiatives.About youThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in L&D, OD and/or HR. This is a hands-on and fast paced role.
