You will make an impact by Monitoring, assessing, and promoting the health and development of children aged 0-6 years. Providing guidance and information on a wide variety of childcare, parenting, and family-related issues. Offering counselling and support in a non-judgmental, safe environment for individuals and families. Promoting breastfeeding and providing nutritional information for children. Facilitating access to community resources and ensuring continuity of care for families with additional needs. What you will bring Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Post Graduate Qualifications in Child & Family Health recognised in Victoria.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in providing support and education to families with young children. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
