Hybrid work model, Officer locationPart time position (16 hours per week, flexible days and hours) until June 2023, $64,036 plus super (pro-rata)Great organisational culture and benefits with flexible working arrangementsProvide administrative support to the procurement teamAbout the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our ever-growing Shire. As the Procurement Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to the procurement team with assistance in various tasks, including the management of purchase orders held within the finance system, end to end supplier maintenance and various compliance audit transactions against policy and procedures.Reporting to the Coordinator Procurement & Accounts Payable, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Setting up new suppliers in the finance systemManagement of the general procurement email inboxAdvise staff in the management of their old purchase ordersAssist in the management of the monthly purchase card transaction coding processAudit purchase orders and purchase card transactions to ensure complianceProvide procurement customer service to internal and external stakeholders both over the telephone and via emailWe are flexible with the days and how these hours are worked, it can be across multiple days.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have a good knowledge of procurement principles and processes with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. Your strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and experience in a customer focussed role will allow you to succeed in this busy position.
