You will be responsible for undertaking all administrative functions associated with school crossings, whilst joining a highly dedicated and supportive team.Reporting to the Coordinator, Compliance Services,  your role will include but not limited to:Undertake suitable rostering of SupervisorsOversee the training, development, and assessment of School Crossing SupervisorsMaintain a list of relief staff for back-filling of positions due toProcess Payroll – timesheets and leave applicationsUndertake yearly OH&S inspections of staff performance and safety auditsMonitor and report on the performance of school crossingUndertake recruitment, Working with Children Checks, training, performance and development reviews, uniforms orders and administration of school crossingAbout youThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys customer service and administration.  Well-developed communication and written skills are essential along with demonstrated ability to show initiative.
