We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Planning and Design team as a Senior Statutory Planner. At Cardinia, our planners have the unique opportunity to contribute to significant projects such as the new Pakenham Activity Centre Zone, the Officer Town Centre, and other major transformational initiatives.  Your responsibilities will include processing planning permit applications, presenting submissions to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, assisting in policy development and implementation, and providing expert advice on planning matters. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, review delegate reports, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, contributing significantly to the department's success in statutory planning activities. This is your chance to become a well-rounded practitioner, making a real impact on the development and growth of our community. About you The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic planner who excels in a supportive team environment, driving positive planning outcomes with a strong commitment to learning and sharing knowledge.
