You will be joining a highly dedicated and passionate team dedicated to making a difference.Reporting to the Team Leader – Access and Ageing your role will include but not limited to:Identify and promote initiatives that support people with disabilities in our community and internally within our organisation.Identify, facilitate and develop opportunities for collaboration with Council, government, the corporate community, community and local non-government agencies.Through schemes such as Community Grants, identify organisations that require assistance and support to further develop projects/programs that will enhance access and inclusion outcomes for Cardinia’s community.This role will provide you with the opportunity to assist in the implementation of the  Access and Inclusion Policy and associated action PlanAbout youYou will be an agile team player, who is accustomed to dealing with competing priorities. You will have strong advocacy skills and an ability to develop and work in partnership with key stakeholders in local communities.
