Part time opportunity, (4 days per week), maximum term up until June 2024Starting Band 5, $70k+ super (pro-rata)Enjoy being able to work between home and our primary work location (Officer)Build relationships with services and agencies across the Shire to improve the support for people as they age.About the roleIn this maximum term opportunity, you will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of Councils Access and Ageing strategies and the activities that will ensure successful implementation.Reporting to the Team Leader, Access and Ageing, some of your duties will includeAssist with the review, development and implementation of the Ageing Well and Access and Inclusion strategies.Work closely with other business units of Council to achieve identified outcomes in the Ageing Well and Access and Inclusion Strategies.Work closely and build relationships with local providers, groups and agencies/government departments to achieve actions in the respective access and ageing strategies.Support the community and sector with information, linkages and capacity building in relation to Support at Home service offerings.About youTo help deliver our strategies you will have the ability to build strong relationship with community organisations and local groups, agencies and government departments. You will be community focused with a drive  at achieve outcomes.
