Building and maintaining relationships within the group and across all business units to ensure continuous improvement. Overseeing the management of the tree planting program to grow and enhance the Shire’s tree population. Providing and coordinating specialist and technical advice to internal and external stakeholders. What you will bring Diploma Arboriculture (AQF 5) preferrable or are willing to undertake and/or are working towards completing the qualification. Demonstrated experience in arboriculture management and project coordination. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong project management skills, including contractor management. A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
