You will provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to our arborists, ensuring the protection and enhancement of our Shire's urban and rural forest while balancing the need to provide safe and inviting spaces for travel and recreation.  About you You will possess a Diploma in Arboriculture or a related field, coupled with extensive industry experience and a thorough understanding of Electric Line Clearance regulations. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing and mentoring small teams. You will excel in communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate diplomatically through various enquiries and concerns. You will be adept at strategic thinking, capable of implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
