About the role This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic Facilities Maintenance team responsible for ensuring the Council's facilities are safe, accessible, sustainable, and operationally effective. You will oversee compliance, drive process improvement, manage contracts, handle procurement, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure financial oversight, and manage asset data. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring contractor performance, contributing to minor capital works programs, and aligning data collection with the Council's Asset Management Policy. You must be available to participate in the on-call roster and attend Council Meetings as required.
