You will develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of training and support to all staff to effectively use the corporate technical tools they utilise on a daily basis.Reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor, some of your responsibilities will include,Coordinate the design of a software support training program in collaboration with organisation Development and the Information Technology teams.Deliver the software training and support programs across the organisation to ensure a standardized level of technical competency of all indoor and outdoor staff.Provide one on one support and coaching to staff to build their capacity to use Cardinia’s software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, M365 Platform, CRM, SharePoint, MS Teams, Citrix, & AdobeIdentify technology knowledge gaps associated with staff/hardware/software and provide solutionsCoordinate and deliver staff training and information sessions where required.About youYou will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and public speaking skills to provide responsive and timely delivery of information systems related training.You will be familiar in utilising a blended training delivery model to develop, facilitate and evaluate targeted systems training, to ensure that staff have the required knowledge, skills, and competency to use all systems relevant to their roles.You will also need to meet the following.Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or relevant experience)Strong understanding of Cardinia’s systems and programs or be willing to undertake training in the following programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, M365 Platform, CRM, SharePoint, MS Teams, Citrix, & AdobeExperience in training/facilitation and staff supportExperience in building training programs using progressive tools including video editing and screen recording; experience in general web authoring.About us Cardinia Shire Council is a dynamic and progressive organisation.
