You will lead strategic projects, design and deliver training, identify and implement process improvements within the workplace relations space.Working as an intrinsic member of our highly collaborative and innovative People and Culture team, you will be the subject matter expert for all things workplace relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Cardinia Shire continues to be a safe, diverse and inclusive place to work.Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will:Act as the first point of contact for workplace relations queries and matters to the organisation,Lead workplace investigations, disciplinary issues and grievances,Coordinate the Contact Officer program for Cardinia Shire CouncilDevelop and deliver workplace relations training throughout the organisation,Support in the negotiation of the Enterprise Agreement,Assist in the delivery of the people strategy and initiatives that promote the future of work, flexibility, diversity and inclusion and safety.About youYou will have demonstrated experience supporting with all workplace relations matters. You will have strong attention to detail, outstanding relationship building skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast paced role.To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in leading complex cases with a focus on providing commercial and pragmatic solutions.
